ViV is founded inside Dubai's padel scene, not next to it. Its founder created Business Padel, one of the city's largest padel communities, and runs the games, the tournaments and the network the club is built on.

Our team's portfolio includes a successful offline business in the UAE: Roasters, a premium specialty coffee & restaurants network and one of the UAE specialty coffee market leaders with 5+ years of proven operations. Today, Roasters is present in key Dubai locations, including Dubai Mall, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Creek Harbour and others.
Roasters founder Konstantin Garbuz is a partner in ViV Padel Club.

Base case from Galaxy_Sport_Hub_v3.xlsx: 8 padel courts × AED 300/hour, 16 hours/day, 12 months and a 37.5% full-year utilisation equivalent. Other sports and Juice Bar follow the workbook's rates, attendance and F&B assumptions. Year 1 rent is included in CAPEX; tax is 9% above the AED 375,000 threshold.
